Intent · Values and culture

Preserve what matters

Preparing to scale raised a practical question: which parts of the company's values and culture needed to remain recognizable as more structure appeared? The work began by making those choices discussable instead of treating culture as a slogan.

Marc’s contribution was to help connect the startup identity leaders wanted to preserve with the operating decisions the organization would need to make.

Product · Decisions and discovery

Give product work a lightweight shape

A lightweight product operating model clarified how direction, product decisions, and delivery could connect without adding a heavy governance layer. It was intentionally small enough to evolve with the company.

A foundation for product discovery helped teams explore customer problems and assumptions before committing effort, keeping learning close to product decisions.

Organization · Barcelona and Argentina

Coordinate across distance

Teams in Barcelona and Argentina needed a shared rhythm that respected distance and time zones. The response was minimum viable coordination: enough shared context, decision clarity, and touchpoints to move together without filling calendars.

Collaboration with company leaders, teams, and external collaborators shaped the intervention and kept the work grounded in the company's context.
